DUES:The Rapids Neighborhood dues are charged annually. The dues are $400 for each property you own annually and are normally due in February. Special assessments can be made but will be voted on by the members. For these dues, the RPOA provides many amenities and services. The neighborhood provides a pool and tennis court. There are also other wonderful third party amenities connected to the Rapids Neighborhood shown below.
