RAPIDS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
SPECIAL GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Special groups and organizations may rent the RPOA Clubhouse in accordance with the listed requirements. All requests for Clubhouse use will be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. Special Groups and Organizations are defined as not for profit and/or 501c non-profit organizations.
The following steps shall be followed:
1. Carefully read the Policy Documents, Application and Use Agreement prior to submitting any request for use. All requirements must be met. If not, do not apply for use.
2. Complete the application and submit to Clubhouse Management.
3. If approved, the Use Agreement will be completed.
The listed fees for any approved use will be as follows;
1. Damage Deposit $300. Payment required with completion of Use Agreement.
2. Rental/Use Fee - $50 for first 4 hours + $25 for each additional hour or part thereof.
Fee is due at the beginning of each rental.
